This stunning modern 2 storey Esplanade home caters for up to 15 people. The kitchen has all the finer touches at your fingertips with granite benchtops, espresso coffee machine, stainless steel double oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Everything you need to cook up a storm! 
If having a relaxing BBQ is more your style, then step out onto the balcony and perhaps cook your freshly caught "catch of the day" on the hooded BBQ. 
The property has ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout. There are two living areas. Upstairs features a large LCD television and a home theatre system. The kids can have their own space downstairs using either the supplied playstation 2 or air hockey table. A highchair is available if required.

Both upstairs and downstairs bathrooms have spa baths. Downstairs also features a granite bar. The laundry is equipped with a front loading washing machine and a tumble dryer. 
There is ample parking and room for a boat. There are outside fish cleaning facilities and an enclosed backyard with lawn area and clothesline.

A cleaning charge of $120/stay applies at all times.

A bond deposit of $500/stay applies at all times (This will be refunded if the property is left in the same condition as at your arrival)
